About me
I have spent the last couple of years in different start-ups: newly founded, already market-leader or spin-offs. What they all had in common: SaaS and building a platform for users to be loved (B2B).
I've led several teams in commercial departments, always trying to enable my team members to deliver their best results and play their strengths. In my teams, I am usually known to challenge the status quo, vocalize the uncomfortable truth but also create a comfortable environment for every team member.
