My Coaching
People are the most valuable asset a company has. However, very few companies offer ways to support and develop their employees to enable them to be their best selves.
(My) Coaching is a sustainable and individual way to do so and can be booked individually or within a company context.
Where I usually support best:
Any size companies that want to invest in personal development of employees with individual or small group coaching
WHY
in order to be successful and act sustainably, companies need people who are highly motivated, can think for themselves and see a purpose in what they are doing. Since people are the most important asset a company has, they need to make sure their employees get a sense of fulfillment.
HOW
Career-fulfillment leads to motivation which then leads to good results for the organization. This works best if a person can apply one's strength. An organization that develops people based on their strengths and succeeds in communicating purpose, has a tremendous advantage compared to companies that do not.
WHAT
My contribution to that is coaching and training based on individual needs. Individual for the company, individual for employees. In most cases via 1-1 sessions tackling important topics such as change, conflicts, resource-based work and the development of own values. I also offer trainings for small teams.
Leadership Coaching and the process behind it is just one out of many examples where coaching can be really helpful for a person.

My Consulting
My experience in various start-ups formed me to be a generalist who keeps an eye on the meta perspective and supports all the way to execution.
Where I usually support best:
1) small to mid-size start-ups that need a fresh glance at commercial topics
2) mid-size start-ups with focus on commercial topics, i.e. go-to-market, customer success & growth.
Even though the challenges might seem similar, the path to a sustainable success is always a different one. And that's what I love: finding the one best fitting solution and supporting with my experience.
AGILE WORK
I have been lucky enough to have always worked in an agile and cross-functional team setup. This is what I believe in and where I can support. Setting up efficient processes and engaging in cross-functional work is a strength of mine. My passion: getting things done.
GO-TO-MARKET
Developing new ideas with partners is what I love. In the area of B2B, I have worked on projects with stakeholders of all kinds. Starting off projects, quickly moving things forward while considering the goals and team setup is where I bring the best value.
TEAM SETUPS
My passion for building new teams is what attracted me to coaching in the first place. Forming (with all individual skills) to performing is an exciting process that requires a lot of social empathy. Focussing on right team set-up pays off in the long run.
