Belief & Values
In the last years I have accompanied various new products in different set-ups.
Staffing teams and motivating others to perform at their best, evaluating new ideas and markets is what I am absolutely passionate about.
I believe in enabling everyone to give their best. This means asking for a lot, but also giving a lot in return.
I prefer taking the long road to success instead of finding short cuts when it comes to personal development - it's usually the more sustainable choice.
And I am a strong supporter for clear and open communication, even if that sometimes means stating the obvious or hinting at the elephant in the room, because the upside always is that everyone can focus on what really matters.
Whether through consulting (doing things myself) or coaching (supporting others to do so), I want to help people & organizations to fulfill their own vision and goals.
Experience
The last 10+ years I spent in various roles, leading teams and getting things done.
What all of those roles had in common: SaaS, platform building and a B2B environment in highly innovative settings. Where they differed greatly were the organizational settings and what I was able to learn.
Since 2018 I am a trained Systemic Business Coach (teamsysplusAKADEMIE), Munich.

Further Development
My main strength is strategic thinking accompanied by a strong desire to learn.
